ERP Transformation Specialist
We are seeking a seasoned expert to drive enterprise-wide ERP transformation. As the key architect, you will be responsible for shaping our ERP strategy, driving growth, efficiency, and digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute an ERP vision that aligns with business objectives
Lead the rollout and continuous improvement of Dynamics (Wiise) modules, ensuring seamless integration across business functions
Architect and optimize end-to-end processes, automating workflows wherever possible
Oversee cross-system integrations, focusing on data migration, API delivery, and solution design
Deliver enterprise projects that impact critical business areas, including finance, analytics, and e-quoting
Empower users with best-practice support and training, serving as their trusted go-to resource
Govern ERP budgets, resources, policies, compliance, and vendor relationships
Stay ahead of the curve in ERP trends, governance, and best practices
Collaborate across operations, IT, finance, and executive teams to drive measurable outcomes
Requirements:
Deep expertise as a Dynamics super-user, preferably in Wiise, with experience leading major upgrades, integrations, and implementation projects
Proven track record implementing ERP solutions within manufacturing, production, or supply chain-intensive environments
Strong grasp of finance and business process transformation
Enterprise-level capability in system architecture, data migration, API builds, and business reporting
Leadership mindset, able to translate strategy into action, influence stakeholders, and drive organizational change
Track record delivering complex projects and streamlining systems for efficiency, governance, and compliance (SOX, statutory)
Superb communication and vendor management skills
