Job Description

The role of Digital Transformation Leader is a key position within our organisation, responsible for advancing our digital workplace strategy and operational maturity agenda. Working closely with the Chief Technology Officer and their leadership team, this role will drive enterprise-wide digital adoption, operationalise technology solutions, embed data governance, and build operational resilience through robust frameworks and continuous improvement initiatives.

This leader will also oversee the implementation and optimisation of digital workplace solutions, including enterprise platforms and automated workflows. They will develop and manage a Group-wide Digital Roadmap to prioritise tooling and innovation initiatives, driving scalable AI adoption to replace manual processes and enhance productivity.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive digital transformation strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Leading the development of operational policies and data governance frameworks
  • Overseeing the design and delivery of enterprise dashboards to enable data-driven decision-making
  • Championing continuous improvement and knowledge management across Group functions

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • At least 10 years' experience in digital workplace transformation, operational governance, or enterprise enablement roles
  • A strong understanding of enterprise tooling, workflow automation, and service management platforms
  • Experience with AI education, enablement & adoption
  • Demonstrated experience in financial and commercial management at a Group or enterprise level
  • Deep knowledge of governance frameworks including BCP, data governance, and operational policy development
