Job Title: Digital Transformation Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Consultant to join our team. As a Digital Transformation Consultant, you will be responsible for shaping digital transformation strategies for leading enterprises and working at the intersection of business and technology.

The ideal candidate will have experience in technology strategy and digital transformation engagements, with a strong understanding of Enterprise Architecture frameworks. They will also possess advanced skills in preparing digital strategy, AI strategy, technical architecture diagrams and solution design documentation.

This is a high-impact role that requires strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will thrive in complexity, influence at the executive level, and bring clarity to transformation journeys.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Partner with clients to define digital transformation strategies aligned to their business goals, growth plans, and operational priorities
  • Lead the development of strategic roadmaps powered by AI and emerging technologies, translating vision into actionable plans
  • Assess current operating models and design future-fit capabilities that drive performance, scalability, and innovation
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement to guide technology solution selection, ensuring alignment with business drivers and transformation goals
  • Conduct fit-gap assessments and validate business requirements to shape solution architecture and delivery plans
  • Recommend enterprise architectures and technology platforms that support long-term transformation and resilience
  • Oversee the delivery of transformation programs, ensuring strategic alignment, stakeholder engagement, and measurable outcomes
  • Collaborate across internal teams to ensure seamless transition from strategy to execution, introducing innovative technologies and patterns that differentiate our solutions
  • Key Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in technology strategy and digital transformation engagements
  • Enterprise Architecture experience, with an understanding of Enterprise Architecture frameworks and ideally conducting Enterprise Architecture transformations
  • Advanced skills in preparing digital strategy, AI strategy, Agentic AI, technical architecture diagrams and solution design documentation
  • Sound familiarity with varying Project Management approaches such as Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid
  • Deep understanding of multiple systems and technologies
  • Proven client pre-sales and relationship-building skills
  • Knowledge and experience in a wide range of applications and technical platforms
