Senior Digital Workplace Strategist

We are seeking a skilled Senior Digital Workplace Strategist to drive our digital transformation and operational maturity agenda.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the implementation and optimization of digital workplace solutions, including enterprise platforms and automated workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage a Group-wide Digital Roadmap to prioritize tooling and innovation initiatives.
  • Drive scalable AI adoption to replace manual processes and enhance productivity.
  • Oversight of process management, embedding commercial discipline.
Requirements:
  • At least 10 years' experience in digital workplace transformation, operational governance, or enterprise enablement roles.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise tooling, workflow automation, and service management platforms.
  • Experience with AI education, enablement & adoption, including low-code platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience in financial and commercial management at a Group or enterprise level.
  • Deep knowledge of governance frameworks including BCP, data governance, and operational policy development.
