ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE?
The Ocean Freight Coordinator is responsible for the timely processing of shipping documents, shipment creation, processing of local/overseas supplier invoices. You will be working in conjunction with freight forwarders, customs brokers, local/overseas suppliers and internal team members.
Along with this you will be responsible for the scheduling of local/overseas container deliveries and overseeing the container bookings for all DC's to ensure we exceed our customer's expectations including safety, customer service and quality.

**The Ocean Freight Coordinator will be responsible for**:

- Processing of International Supplier Shipping Documents
- Shipment Creation
- Processing of Local Supplier Invoices
- Scheduling of local/overseas container bookings
- Internal and External Communication

ABOUT YOU
To succeed in this role, you will need an understanding of imports or logistics, ideally with Mandarin language skills to maintain our relationship with our international suppliers. Attention to detail is essential along with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment.

**You will ideally have**:

- Accounts experience
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to work in a high volume, high pressure environment
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to meet multiple deadlines
