Easy Authoring is seeking an experienced Human Resources Officer to the Corporate Services team who reports to the Assistant Director, People & Capability.

**Purpose of the role**:
The HR Officer, People & Capability sits within the Agency's Corporate Services team and reports to the Assistant Director, People & Capability. Are looking for a well-rounded, experienced administrator who can manage competing priorities and deliver results.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Administer and managed-to-end recruitment activity including g development of recruitment documentation, processing through Shared Services, selection documentation, and onboarding.
- Working closely with the Agency's Executive Assistants to seek and gain relevant approvals relating to recruitment activities.
- Supporting the Assistant Director, People & Capability through maintaining recruitment and position management records and liaison with EPSDD where relevant.
- Liaison and communication across the Agency, including with the Executive, to educate and maintain best practice recruitment practices
- Write and prepare high-quality papers and ministerial
- Coordinate all new staff onboarding including management of induction and facilitation of general induction and HR sessions.
- People & Capability and Learning & Development teams on matters including Directorate training opportunities and calendar, MyLearning (Learning Management System), and monthly reporting.

**Essential criteria**:

- Government experience is highly desirable. HR Generalist is highly desirable.
