Based near to Belrose in Northern Sydney you will work closely with the property and leasing development team members across a variety of locations across Australia for their retail portfolio.

With a solid understanding of finance, including Excel and reporting, you will accurately interpret property lease documentation and provide guidance where required to ensure commercially accurate decision-making. The role is busy, yet rewarding; therefore you'll have experience in a high-volume role with sound problem-solving and analytical skills, combined with great communication skills.

**The core functions of the position involves**
- Provide leasing and property coordination support
- A solid understanding of retail property leasing
- Manage and update the property database
- Production or and understanding of property reporting
- Account reconciliation
- Heads of agreements and disclosure statements
- Continued innovation and process improvement

- A passion and interest in retail would be advantageous, love what you do.
- You will ideally have had either lease admin, paralegal or real estate agency experience.
- Exceptional organisational and time management abilities, working closely to key deadlines.
- The ability to coordinate with a variety of stakeholders, both internal and external.
- A good understanding of Microsoft Excel and other software systems.
