Job Title: Retail Property Portfolio Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Property Portfolio Manager to oversee the management of a boutique portfolio of premium properties. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a challenging role that requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

About the Role:
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of retail properties across Sydney.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, monitor property performance, and coordinate with trusted contractors to ensure timely maintenance and repairs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and owners, responding promptly to their needs and concerns.
  • Liaise with leasing agents, negotiate lease renewals, and coordinate handovers to ensure seamless transitions.
  • Utilize Console Cloud to streamline operations, track key performance indicators, and analyze data to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements:
  • Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in residential Property Management, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with software applications such as Console, Property Me, or similar platforms.
  • A reliable vehicle and valid driver's licence.
  • A professional attitude, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
