Job Title: Portfolio Leasing Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Portfolio Leasing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our leasing function, you will be responsible for executing our long-term leasing strategy across Australia and New Zealand.

About the Role:

You will work closely with internal teams, including Legal, Expansion Controlling, and Construction, to ensure aligned decision-making and seamless execution. Your role will involve setting and following up on the future growth roadmap, continuously mapping competition, monitoring market developments, and identifying new location opportunities within the retail real estate landscape.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Building and recommending Heads of Terms (HoTs) and full business cases;
  • Considering strategy alignment, location suitability, commercial concept, space configuration, legal, and financial terms;
  • Representing the brand externally and managing strong relationships with existing landlords and engaging with potential future partners;
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure aligned decision-making and seamless execution;
  • Identifying new location opportunities and contributing to the development of the company's portfolio.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in real estate, Business/Economics, or similar;
  • At least 5 years of working experience from leasing, controlling, and/or real estate, preferably within the retail industry;
  • Proven capability in property leasing;
  • Solid understanding of property legal frameworks and contract terms.
