Financial Lease Administrator/ Property Manager

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and motivated professional to assume a key role in lease management.

The primary focus of this position involves managing a portfolio of 300 leasehold retail properties, ensuring accurate lease administration and effective stakeholder communication.

  • Inputting leases into the system
  • Preparing comprehensive rent rolls
  • Reviewing critical dates and deadlines
  • Processing invoices and financial transactions
  • Budgeting and forecasting
  • Reporting and analytics
  • Stakeholder engagement and conflict resolution

To succeed in this role, you will require a strong understanding of leasing principles, excellent analytical skills, and experience in property accounting, lease administration, or landlord Accounts Receivable teams.
