The role of Lease Administrator is a critical component in the management of our commercial office, retail and mixed-use property leases.

About the Role

This position involves supporting Asset Managers in meeting Leasing objectives and developing detailed reports to support quarterly analysis of portfolio performance.

Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate leasing data, developing proactive workflows using City MIS systems and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.

  • Develop and implement strategies for effective lease administration and management.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lease agreements, including key terms and conditions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders and external clients.

As a Lease Administrator, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of properties and develop your skills in lease administration, asset management and facilities management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in lease administration, asset management and facilities management.
  • Demonstrated ability to instruct lawyers on lease-related legal work.
  • Sound understanding of leasing legislation and compliance requirements.
