**About the role**
As the Team Lead/Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of technical experts, designing and implementing technical solutions, managing projects, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position is focused on implementation and falls within the Professional Services Team
**Responsibilities***
- Lead a team of technical experts to deliver high-quality services and solutions to customers.
- Collaborate with customers and the team to design and implement technical solutions that meet customer requirements and business objectives.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring the timely delivery of project milestones.
- Foster strong relationships with customers, sales, and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Mentor and train team members, enhancing their technical skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Participate in the development of proposals, statements of work, and project plans.
**Requirements**:
- Degree (preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or similar).
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage technical teams in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Previous experience in building solutions for customers in a vendor environment is highly regarded.
- Ability to complete Australian government security clearances (Australian citizenship required).
- Product certification of an ITSM platform (e.g., Ivanti, Cherwell, ServiceNow, etc.) is desirable. ITIL certification is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
