ServiceNow Operations Lead

This role is ideal for a skilled ServiceNow professional who can oversee the delivery of managed services, support enhancements and deployments, resolve complex configuration challenges, and provide technical escalation support to team members.

We are seeking someone with strong leadership skills, experience in ServiceNow development/engineering, and a passion for delivering high-quality support to our customers.

In this position, you will work closely with the ServiceNow Operations Manager to deliver on the team strategy and lead the day-to-day technical operations, including stand-ups, escalations, and coaching. You will also become a 'ServiceNow evangelist' with our customer stakeholders, raising awareness of the platform and encouraging further adoption.

The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in a ServiceNow Developer/Engineer position, possess creative, strategic, and thoughtful leadership skills, and have a strong knowledge across multiple ServiceNow modules. They should also be familiar with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS development.
