Delivering Exceptional Service Quality

The role of Network and Unified Comms Team Lead is a key position within the Managed Services team. The primary focus is on delivering high-quality service to clients while effectively managing two close-knit technology teams.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Operational management, including leave, roster, on-call, and queue management as required
  • Coaching and mentoring of team members to enhance their skills and abilities
  • Maximizing staff engagement levels through effective leadership and communication
  • Team capacity management and workload balancing for optimal performance
  • Ensuring quality delivery within the team by setting clear goals and expectations
  • Client SLA management and contract adherence through regular monitoring and reporting
  • Identifying areas for improvement and implementing process and automation enhancements

Required Skills and Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years' work experience in a senior technical role with a proven track record of success
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Service level management and ITIL certification or equivalent experience
  • Experience in existing mainstream scripting languages and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
