**Role Overview**

This is an opportunity for an ambitious and well-presented Desktop Support Specialist to provide a proactive and customer focused support service to users within the business in both a phone and face to face capacity. This includes a mix of hands-on end-user support, hardware maintenance, network and software management.
- Provide 1st and 2nd level customer support service experience to all users and end to end ownership of assigned technical issues.
- Have strong skills in PC configuration, mobile device mangement, software installation, troubleshooting and general IT systems administration and maintenance.
- Experience in O365, MS Dynamics Online Active Directory
- Setup new users with all required accounts and privileges, provide induction training for IT.
- Establish knowledge articles for internal stakeholders.

**Experience and Skills**
- Experience and demonstrated previous experience supporting, troubleshooting and improving a Windows technical environment
- Excellent skills in managing and supporting an AD/O365 environment.
- Basic networking and troubleshooting.
- Experience with cloud technologies an advantage.
- Desire for scripting/coding/automation, have an aptitude for learning and will be an enthusiastic member of the wider digital team.
