Desktop Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide technical support and solutions to internal users.

  • Troubleshoot PC related issues via phone, onsite, or using administration tools.
  • Manage incident tickets and provide recommendations on hardware replacements or software updates.
  • Develop and implement new technical solutions, including testing and installation after new releases.
About You:
  • You have experience in a similar IT support role in a large corporate environment.
  • You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deal with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • You have knowledge of Microsoft Office suites, Cisco, ITIL, and Apple products.
  • You can support video conferencing troubleshooting across Zoom, Teams, and Webex.
