
Desktop Support Specialist

We are seeking an exceptional individual to fill the role of Desktop Support Specialist in Melbourne. This key position within our technical support team requires delivering high-quality onsite technical assistance to our valued customers.
Your responsibilities will include providing supportive and knowledgeable assistance to customers with a positive, can-do attitude. You will have the opportunity to interact with a wide array of technology, encompassing mac and pc devices, tablet systems, server infrastructure, and voice platforms.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure seamless day-to-day operations for customer operations.
- Foster strong bonds with customers through personable interactions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to determine processes that require improvement or can be handled more efficiently.
- Seek customer feedback on your performance and actively work to continuously improve results.
- Identify problems or requests without existing processes and collaborate with peers to develop and implement one.
- Ensure documentation and procedures are up to date.
- Take ownership of day-to-day technology issues and deal with external third-party organisations.
- Collaborate with peers in other teams across our business to ensure a successful outcome for the customer.
