**Cost Controller**

Currently looking for a Cost Controller to start immediately on a project in Wollongong NSW, Reporting into the Commercial Manager your role is to bring online a major power construction project $200 Million plus AUD providing commercial leadership in supporting with the commissioning of a major power project.

**Brief job description**:

- Track, analyze and control costs associated with Construction Project ( Civil, Mechanical & Electrical )
- Work closely with Project team to accurately forecast Estimate at Completion
- Track Manhours, verify invoices against Purchase Orders
- Prepare Monthly cost reports to track committed, actual and costs to complete to determine Estimated Cost at Completion ( EAC )
- Manage Change events costs by working closely with the Site contract Manager
- Work closely with subcontractor to control costs

**Able to be based on Tallawarra Site ( Wollongong NSW)**

**Requirements**:

- Degree/ Diploma in Engineering/ Construction Management/ Quantity Surveying
- Experience as controller in Power/ Oil & Gas Projects EPC contracts
- Able to start immediately (Mid Feb Start Date)
