Job Overview

The Production Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with safety, health, environmental and quality standards. This includes identifying, planning and executing improvements in reliability, efficiency and productivity.

Main Accountabilities

  • Manage cost control of on-site operations within the assigned area.
  • Maintain budget compliance.
  • Develop people capability within the team.
  • Lead planning and oversee the execution of value capture through power steering to meet productivity objectives.
  • Evaluate contractual and supply commitments.

Key Requirements

A suitable candidate will have 5 years' experience in process plant operations and site-based activities, with overall knowledge of plant processes, mechanical systems, electrical systems, instrumentation and control systems. Strong leadership capabilities and operational cost ownership are also essential.
