Cost Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage commercial aspects of construction projects. As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for providing commercial leadership and supporting project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track, analyze and control costs associated with construction projects
  • Work closely with project teams to accurately forecast estimate at completion
  • Track manhours, verify invoices against purchase orders
  • Prepare monthly cost reports to track committed, actual and costs to complete
  • Manage change events costs by working closely with site contract managers
  • Work closely with subcontractors to control costs

Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in engineering, construction management or quantity surveying
  • Experience as a controller in power or oil & gas projects with EPC contracts
  • Able to start immediately
