
Lead Financial Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Cost Controller to join our team in Wollongong, NSW. This role reports directly to the Branch Manager and is primarily responsible for assisting with reports and cost control functions.
This position involves preparing valuations/applications for payment and cost reports, managing subcontract and material procurement schedules, reconciling budget reports, checking and updating purchase order values in all cost reports, administering subcontractor/supplier accounts, contract administration, coordinating with Accounts and Procurement teams, and taking responsibility for time-critical cost reporting.
About You
- Hold relevant tertiary qualifications or extensive experience in Cost Control.
- Possess experience in the Mining Industry, preferably in a similar role.
- Demonstrate high attention to detail, information processing, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Show high levels of motivation, excellent time management, and organisational skills.
