**Based in Adelaide, this is a fast paced administration role supporting a high performance Payroll team for 6 months**
**The role**:
Supporting a small team of 5 high performing HR professionals.***
**Key details**:
- 6 months contract (possibility of extension)
- Working hours 08.30am - 5pm
- Ability to obtain a Police check
- Double vaccination required
- Full working rights are required
Previous experience in Payroll, and or, HR adminsitrion is essential
Exposure to AP/AR, payroll and adminsitration in high volume sector is a must
**Duties**:
- Data entry to support the Payroll and HR functions
- Maintain and process timesheet attendance data.
- Identify and follow up BU's regarding missing Payroll/HR data.
- Verify & reconcile out of cycle pay adjustments in conjunction with Senior Payroll Officer.
- Provide effective payroll services to clients
- Escalating problems requiring a higher level of support.
- Provide necessary support to Senior Payroll Officer's
