  • Payroll Administration Key Tasks:
    • Process end-to-end payroll transactions using our payroll system efficiently.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills for data analysis.
    • Create and maintain electronic payroll files and team member records accurately.
    • Action time and attendance system errors and roster changes proactively.
    • Manage deductions, allowances, and pay adjustments as required.
    • Stay up to date with industry awards and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Essential Qualifications:
    • A strong customer service mindset with excellent communication skills.
    • High attention to detail and accuracy in work delivery.
    • Experience managing high-volume payroll administration effectively.
    • Ability to problem-solve and make decisions independently.
