- Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills for data analysis.
- Create and maintain electronic payroll files and team member records accurately.
- Action time and attendance system errors and roster changes proactively.
- Manage deductions, allowances, and pay adjustments as required.
- Stay up to date with industry awards and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
