Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented payroll administrator to support our client's payroll operations during a transitional period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Paying employees accurately and on time is essential for maintaining a positive employer-employee relationship.
- Validating employee information and payroll data before submission ensures compliance with relevant legislation and policies.
- Maintaining up-to-date employee records requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Performing regular audits of payroll data helps identify areas for improvement and ensures accuracy in payroll administration.
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues promotes effective communication and teamwork.
Requirements:
- Proven experience using CHRIS21 and familiarity with Timewise systems is necessary for success in this role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required for accurate data management and payroll processing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders.
