Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Payroll Professional to support our organization's payroll operations during a transitional period as we move to a fully outsourced payroll processing model.

Key Responsibilities
  • Payroll Administration:
    • Ensure accurate data entry into CHRIS21 and Timewise systems.
    • Validate employee information and payroll data before submission for processing.
    • Monitor payroll processes to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time.
  • Data Management:
    • Maintain up-to-date employee records within CHRIS21 and Timewise.
    • Perform regular audits of payroll data to identify discrepancies or errors.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues related to employee data or payments.
  • Outsourced Model Transition Support:
    • Assist in the transition to the outsourced payroll model.
    • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth communication between internal teams and external providers.
    • Adapt workflows as required during the transition phase.
  • Compliance & Reporting:
    • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures related to payroll processing.
    • Generate reports as needed for management review or audit purposes.
  • General Administrative Duties:
    • Respond promptly to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters.
    • Support other HR-related administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Proven experience using CHRIS21 and familiarity with Timewise systems is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management and payroll processing.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams and external providers.
