**Mary & Martha's** domestic and family violence refuge provides safe, secure, short term accommodation and case management to both single women and women and their children. Providing a safe haven is just the beginning of our support. Utilising a client centred case management framework we support clients with their safety, recovery and re-establishing their lives.

**About the role**:
The Coordinator leads the Domestic and Family Violence programs to support and empower women and children.

Working across our Domestic and Family Violence services, the person in this role will provide leadership, practice guidance and program development support to programs within the Domestic and Family Violence stream of Lutheran Services Community Services.

**About you**:
To be successful for this role you will have significant experience within the community services industry, with a focus on supporting those who have experienced domestic and family violence and their families.

In addition you will have:

- A degree in a relevant Human Services field.
- A minimum of three (3) years' previous experience in a similar leadership position.
- Experience in complex case management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Experience m.
- A current Queensland driver's licence.
- The ability to maintain a Working with Children check (blue card).
