Project Coordinator - Domestic and Family Violence
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for participating in multi-disciplinary teams involved in the planning, development, implementation, review, and evaluation of domestic and family violence issues and initiatives.
You will undertake research, provide advice, and assist in the preparation of various documentation in support of project activities. Additionally, you will support the functions of the work area through the provision of administrative and organisational support.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in project teams involved in planning, development, implementation, review, and evaluation of domestic and family violence initiatives.
- Conduct research, provide expert advice, and prepare documentation in support of project activities.
- Provide administrative and organisational support to the work area.
- Liaise and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders as required.
- Produce timely and accurate information to inform program evaluation, policy development, and legislative assessments.
- Represent the organisation at relevant forums as needed.
A background in portfolio, program, and/or project management is highly desirable. You must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
