Program Manager Job

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Program Manager to lead the implementation, management, and promotion of our Domestic and Family Violence (DFV) program. The successful candidate will oversee a team of specialist court coordinators and CSQ DFV Integrated Response staff, providing strategic leadership and guidance through mentoring, coaching, training, and feedback processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the implementation, management, and promotion of the specialist DFV program, including the CSQ role in DFV High Risk Teams and the specialist court approach in Queensland.
  • Lead and manage the DFV Program Team, including specialist court coordinators and CSQ DFV Integrated Response staff.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the success of the specialist DFV courts.
  • Monitor and analyze emerging issues and trends in relation to DFV by managing the collation and investigation of data sources.
  • Maintain collaborative networks across departments, government agencies, and service providers.
  • Prepare and quality assure strategic and operational documents as required.
