The Role
We're looking for a motivated, enthusiastic business development lead with a passion for sustainability to work with our friendly, dynamic team to inspire people around the world to make a better future.
As part of THRIVE, you will have the opportunity to:
Champion new initiatives.

Present ideas to people from a variety of disciplines.
Your efforts will enrich our organisation and help inspire people to create a thrivable future.
Key responsibilities:
Developing growth strategies and plans
Developing and retaining relationships with existing partners
Increasing following and store sales
Writing funding and sponsorship proposals
Negotiating with partners and sponsors
Identifying and mapping organisational strengths and consumer needs
Researching opportunities and viable income streams
Following industry trends locally and internationally
Drafting and reviewing agreements
Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements
Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies
Bachelor Degree in business or management, or other relevant field.
At least 1 year of commercial experience in project management, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Requirements
Proficiency with data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Proven ability to plan and manage resources
Ability to deliver presentations
Willingness to learn new skills
The ability to handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
The ability to be proactive and self-manage your time.
A self-driven mindset to make a better future for all.
Excellent communication and organisation skills.
Well-developed problem-solving abilities.
