About the Role
  • Play a key role to promote and raise the profile of volunteering across Boroondara.
  • Develop initiatives which respond to current trends in volunteering, enhancing community engagement and wellbeing.
  • Organise large events designed to connect volunteers with community organisations and recognise volunteer contributions.
  • Build capacity of volunteer-involving organisations and Council departments to engage volunteers effectively.
  • Ongoing development of the Boroondara Volunteer Skills Program.

This role involves working in a hybrid environment and reporting to the Volunteer Support Lead. The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of activities for volunteers, organisations, and Council departments.
