The Data Coordinator works collaboratively with the Best Care Governance and Support team to provide analytical assistance, performance report development and clinical audit support for the division, ensuring an effective, coordinated, organisation-wide approach to providing data and reports to support provision of Best Care at Western Health.

The role will require strong computer skills, data extraction, well developed presentation and communications skills, meticulous attention to detail, ability to work in a team and manage competing demands and work within deadlines.

The Data Coordinator will work closely with the Quality Systems Manager to act as a central point providing advice on all matters relating to data that supports Western Health's quality systems and Best Care Governance and Support team, ensuring the data is reliable, contemporary and aligned with both internal demands and external standards.

**To be Successful in this Role you**
- Have demonstrated experience and success in a similar role
- Will be an expert Excel user, proficient with pivot tables, lookups and creating clean and informative visualisations
- Have highly developed data analysis and reporting skills
- Have meticulous attention to detail, precision and ability to troubleshoot data quality issues
- Have demonstrated experience in translating data into meaningful information and formulating well founded recommendations
- Have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a consultative and collaborative approach and proven ability to build productive working relationships with a range of stakeholders
- Possess professional standards and proactive attitude, with strong accuracy and time management skills
