We are seeking a passionate Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator to support our team in Melbourne.

**About the Role**

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the team to carry out monitoring, evaluation and learning activities that enable the organisation to understand its impact.

With guidance from MEL Managers, you'll coordinate program monitoring, convert monitoring data into learnings and produce knowledge sharing assets such as infographics, case studies, videos and presentations.

**Responsibilities Include:**

  • Coordinating program monitoring and working with program teams to measure and report on their impact.
  • Converting monitoring data into learnings and coordinating the production of knowledge sharing assets.
  • Disseminating insights to executives, the board and external audiences.
  • Collecting and reporting data to inform stakeholders including internal program teams and external partners.

**Requirements Include:**

  • Relevant undergraduate qualifications in public/population health or a related health discipline.
  • Experience in conducting literature reviews and desktop grey literature reviews.
  • Experience in coordinating MEL activities and using a range of quantitative and qualitative research methods.
