We are seeking a highly motivated Process and Data Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, process mapping, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Catalogue Maintenance:
    • Develop and maintain accurate catalogues that meet the needs of stakeholders.
    • Ensure process integrity and governance compliance across all catalogues.
    • Implement data governance standards and best practices.
  • Meeting and Committee Coordination:
    • Coordinate meetings, appointments, agendas, and minutes with ease.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Work closely with key stakeholders to develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for process management.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, communicating their requirements and ensuring seamless collaboration.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Support the migration of spreadsheets and other data capture artefacts onto approved systems.
    • Oversee the transition of 'off-system' artefacts to approved systems.
    • Ensure accurate documentation and tracking of data transition activities.
    • Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition.
    • Provide administrative support as required, ensuring documentation and tracking are up-to-date.

The Process and Data Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring good governance and administration across process catalogues, data catalogues, and supporting the effort to move spreadsheets and other data capture artefacts to 'on-system'. The role will work to ensure process and data catalogues are accurately documented, maintained, and readily accessible, working closely with executives to establish a regular schedule and approach for refreshing and maintaining the catalogues.

This position requires a self-motivated individual with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is essential, along with process and data mapping skills. A Process or Project Management Qualification and knowledge of data analytics are desirable but not mandatory.
