Job Title: HR Data Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an HR Data Coordinator.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, has excellent analytical skills, and is passionate about delivering high-quality results.

As an HR Data Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting organisational changes, Enterprise Agreement updates, and people processes within the People Services team.

  • Coordinate data-related activities to support business needs and drive process improvements.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to stakeholders on data accuracy, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to system support activities such as process mapping, UAT testing, and maintain HR MS Forms and automation workflows.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills and experience with Power BI.
  • Clear and approachable communication style.
  • Ability to understand complex data flows and systems relationships.
  • Knowledge of HR frameworks, Awards, and Fair Work regulations.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MS Office 365 products, including Excel, Power BI, and Power Automate.
  • Experience with Success Factors or similar HRIS, including EC Organisation Structures and Position Management.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to identify trends and insights from data.
  • Knowledge of utilities, energy, or resources industry sectors would be highly regarded.
