As Customer Experience & Operations Assistant at XYZ, reporting into the Building Manager, you'll be at the heart of creating a vibrant, occupier-focused community.
You'll take ownership of how occupiers engage with the building, curating a welcoming and dynamic environment that enhances their daily experiences beyond the physical space.You'll build strong relationships, anticipate needs, and deliver seamless, meaningful interactions.
Working closely with the wider building team, partners, and suppliers, you'll ensure every touchpoint reflects our commitment to service excellence.You'll also support our journey to net-zero by sharing energy insights, producing usage reports, and assisting with the building's energy management plan.
Additionally, you'll help uphold compliance across the occupier experience, promoting a safe, secure, and well-managed workplace for all.Above all, you'll act with integrity, professionalism, and a deep commitment to creating a space where people love to come to work.This is a site-based role working Monday – Friday.
