Customer Service Reviewers are responsible for evaluating the customer experience at retail outlets. This role involves posing as a customer to make detailed observations about their experience and then completing an online survey about the experience.

The ideal candidate has an eye for detail, a good memory, is reliable, has great communication skills, and access to the internet. The number of assignments offered to you depends on your availability, ability to successfully complete tasks, location, willingness to travel, flexibility, and reliability.

Surveys can take anywhere from 10 minutes to 1 hour to complete. For over 20 years, The Realise Group has been helping leading retail brands understand the experience they deliver to customers. You can become a Customer Service Reviewer and provide valuable feedback to our clients.

This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work with various retail brands in different locations. As a Customer Service Reviewer, you will have the chance to gain insight into customer experiences and contribute to improving customer service standards.

You will be required to visit retail outlets, observe customer interactions, and complete surveys based on your findings. Your feedback will help retailers identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance the customer experience.
