As a Customer Experience team member, you'll be the face of Scape, delivering top-notch service and support to our residents and visitors. You'll need exceptional communication and organisational skills, a knack for problem-solving, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

THE ROLE

Based at Scape Toowong, you'll work on a rotating roster across 7 days, with a mix of morning and afternoon shifts.

You will play a key role in delivering an exceptional student living experience at Scape. Your responsibilities include check-ins, check-outs, issue resolution, providing excellent customer service, building relationships with residents, supporting tours, events, activations, and ensuring safety through walk-throughs and incident reporting.
