EGM are proud to be partnering with Tafe SA in the recruitment for their Team Leader Employee Experience; a vital role with the responsibility of providing expert advice and customer centric services to the Team to allow TAFE SA to support and enhance employee experience.

A newly developed role, you will ensure compliance with People & Culture processes and government regulations regarding employment practices.

**About the Role**

In partnership with the Manager, People Experience, the Team Leader Employee Experience will contribute to the planning, development and implementation of TAFE SA employee experience programs and processes as they relate to the employee lifecycle including review of recruitment and selection, pre-employment and separation and discrete procedures within the employee experience remit. This role is the first point of contact for the Employee Experience Advisors.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver a business partnering approach by providing contemporary advice on operational risk and governance issues including human resource and industrial relations processes, policies, industrial documents and standards.
- Develop, implement and evaluate attraction and sourcing strategies ensuring effectiveness, consistency, and alignment to TAFE SA goals and strategic priorities.
- Identify, evaluate and monitor issues and risks relating to employment matters to ensure all industrial agreements are applied in an effective and appropriate manner.
- Develop, coordinate and monitor continuous improvement practice including the review of core employee lifecycle systems and processes related to recruitment, reporting, administration and exit, and provide expert advice to the development of related policy.
- Provide confidential and accurate advice, guidance, and mentoring to TAFE, management, and staff to promote knowledge of employee experience programs.

**What You Need To Bring To The Role**
- Working knowledge of CHRIS 21, PageUp and Service Now is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Effective interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to identify and analyse complex information, issues and risks, resolve problems and provide contemporary, concise and practical advice.
- Previous experience leading a team, with a focus on sustaining and improving team engagement and standardising processes.
