Job Summary
This role is a key position in our organization that oversees and implements people initiatives to drive engagement, enhance retention, and deliver meaningful results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with operational leaders to lead retention and development strategies, fostering a positive workplace culture and promoting employee recognition and performance.
- Manage ER/IR matters including grievances and investigations, ensuring compliance with established policies and standards.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in HR generalist roles within fast-paced, large-scale workforces.
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation relevant to the Australian context.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, enabling effective collaboration with various teams and stakeholders.
- Prior experience in blue-collar environments is highly valued.
