
Employee Experience Leader

We are seeking a proactive and people-driven individual to join our team as a Culture and Employee Experience Leader. This key role involves bringing our core values to life by supporting leaders, empowering employees, and ensuring our culture continues to evolve with innovation and commitment.
This role requires someone who's ready to roll up their sleeves and make things happen. Key responsibilities include driving recruitment and development, being a trusted advisor to leaders, supporting safety and wellbeing initiatives, managing remuneration and benefits, keeping our systems sharp and compliant, and contributing to strategic P&C initiatives.
To succeed in this role, you'll need experience in a People and Culture or HR Advisor generalist role, strong knowledge of HR practices, legislation, and employment standards, and the ability to engage with people at all levels. A genuine passion for culture, safety, people development, and continuous improvement is also essential.
About the Role
As a member of our organization, you'll be responsible for:
- Drive Recruitment and Development: Partner with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and ensure effective onboarding processes.
- Be a Trusted Advisor: Provide expert guidance to leaders on all people-related matters, from team structure and workforce planning to employee engagement and organisational change.
- Support Safety and Wellbeing Initiatives: Implement practical safety and training programs that reflect our values of commitment, innovation and quality.
- Manage Remuneration and Benefits: Coordinate salary reviews, benefit programs, and policy development to ensure fairness, transparency, and alignment with our culture.
- Keep Systems Sharp and Compliant: Own the administration of our HR system, maintain accurate records, and deliver timely people-related reports.
- Contribute to Strategic P&C Initiatives: Support EEO programs, engage with community and environmental projects, and seek opportunities to elevate our people practices and create lasting impact.
