**Full-Time Position (Brisbane Based)**

**Introduction**

**What Should You Have?**
- Held Senior WHSE Roles with 5 years minimum experience (preferably construction, mining, transport, resources, manufacturing, emergency services)
- Must hold current driver's licence;
- Hold current Cert IV in Training & Assessing (TAE) minimum;
- Hold relevant WHS qualifications i.e. Cert IV WHS / Dip WHS / Tertiary WHS Qualifications;
- Hold current HSR, White Card, Work at Heights and Confined Spaces, First Aid, Fire Advisor etc qualifications;
- Excellent trainer with a passion for training and great references from both students and clients;
- Working knowledge of AQTF and the VET system;
- Sound understanding of national competencies and assessment instruments;
- Demonstrated experience in developing learning and assessment resources;
- Good with paperwork and compliance activities;
- Able to work autonomously when required;
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work various away from home and FIFO/DIDO rosters when training contracts require including weekend work;
- Honest, trustworthy and reliable.
