About the Role:

We are looking for people who have a strong work ethic and are passionate about Education to join our close-knit team.  The successful candidate will be responsible for training and assessing:

  • CHC30221 Certificate III in Education Support
  • CHC40221 Certificate IV in Education Support

Trainers and Assessors are responsible for supporting our students via online, phone based and face to face support. They are key to enabling student success by providing encouraging and tailored feedback and assessments - whilst our students complete their courses online, our Trainers and Assessors support them through the journey.

Trainer and Assessors will also support our RPL processes, the development of Training and Assessment Strategies, and participate in validation, moderation and mapping activities.

About You:

We are looking for qualified and experienced Trainer and Assessors who are passionate about student progression and flexible in how this is delivered. To be successful in the role you must have:

  • Qualifications, Industry experience and Currency in Education Support (Teacher Assistant/Aide)
  • TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or a diploma or higher-level qualification in adult education
  • Experience as a Trainer and Assessor in an RTO delivering CIII and CIV in Education Support
  • Ability to complete a Trainer and Assessor Profile in line with the RTO Standards
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Hold (or are eligible to hold) a Working with Children Clearance
