The Role

As a Trainer & Assessor, you'll:

  • Deliver Cert II & III Refrigeration & Air Conditioning training using quality resources.
  • Lead engaging theory and hands-on practical sessions.
  • Assess competencies and provide real-world feedback to help students succeed.
  • Support learners from all walks of life with patience and adaptability.

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Certificate IV TAE (TAE40122 / TAE40116 with LLN & Assessor upgrades).
  • Certificate III or higher in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning + solid industry experience.
  • Strong communication and an approachable, engaging style.
  • Confidence with technology and online learning platforms.
  • Flexibility to travel within the state (with all logistics handled by us).
