Job Title: Expert WHS Trainer and Assessor

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled WHS Trainer and Assessor to deliver high-quality training and assessment programs in the mining industry.

  • Held senior roles in WHS, mining, construction, emergency services, and training.
  • Must hold current qualifications in Cert IV in Training & Assessing (TAE), Standard 11 Mining Induction Surface & Underground, S123, First Aid, Fire Fighting, and G2.
  • Ideal candidates will also hold certifications in White Card, Work at Heights, Confined Spaces, Cert IV WHS, Dip WHS, HSR, Vertical Heights, and Confined Spaces Rescue.
  • Excellent trainers with passion for training and great references from students and clients.
  • Detailed knowledge of AQTF and VET systems, national competencies, and assessment instruments.
  • Proven experience in developing learning and assessment resources, paperwork, and compliance activities.
  • Able to work autonomously, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, minimum 5 years' experience in mining, construction, or education.
  • Ability to work various rosters including FIFO/DIDO, weekend work, and honest, trustworthy, and reliable individuals.
