**The Role**
Our Exploration team is expanding and are seeking an enthusiastic Compliance and Logistics Officer to join our our Project Services, Contracts & Compliance department.
The Compliance and Logistics Officer will assist in the coordination and ensure our safety and compliance requirements is at high standards for all mobilisation activities and streamline onboarding process for our MinRes employees and contractors to support of Exploration activities.
This will be hands on position and reporting directly to Superintendent Projects and Planning and have the benefit to be located at our new state of the art Head Office in Osborne Park, which is set to be the best office facility in Australia.
**Key deliverables**:
- Have a thorough understanding and support of MRL's Exploration and Safety policies, plans, procedures and cardinal rules
- Liaise with relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure all site and competency requirements are well understood and that all rostered workers are compliant prior to mobilisation
- Assist in the review of all required documentation
- Ensure that site supervisors are regularly updated and informed of site movements
- Liaise with relevant site administration to facilitate site entry approval and allocation of accommodation
- Where on-site accommodation is not available, liaise with contractor organisations and local accommodation providers to identify suitable solutions
- Coordinate/oversee the booking of personnel onto charter flights where required
- Follow up and manage passenger 'no shows' with relevant contractor organisations
- Provide INX support to contractor organisations when required
- Identify potential gaps and opportunities for improvement within MinRes mobilisation and on-boarding processes
- Promote a positive culture by championing MinRes's processes and possessing an 'anything can be done compliantly' attitude
- Carry out other relevant tasks as required at the direction of the Logistics Coordinators.
**What you'll bring to the team**:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in site administration or relevant demonstrated experience in mobilisation, compliance and/or logistics or similar
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask independently
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills
- Demonstrate analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills
- Drive and ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment
- High level of attention to detail with exceptional organisational skills
- Excellent time management and work planning skills
- Experienced in the use of the Microsoft suite and INX
- Ability to work independently and under direction
- Manual drivers license or higher
