Job Title:

Compliance Training Officer

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a key position within our organisation as a Compliance Training Officer. You will be responsible for conducting training needs assessments, reviewing qualifications and ensuring employees are compliant before mobilisation to site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting comprehensive training needs assessments for new and existing employees
  • Reviewing qualifications and ensuring employees are compliant with regulatory requirements prior to deployment
  • Booking training courses and medical appointments in a timely manner
  • Preparing and maintaining accurate training records and matrices
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders and employees to ensure qualifications remain current and up-to-date
  • Raising purchase orders and receipting invoices in accordance with company procedures
  • Coordinating logistics for training activities including venue selection and equipment procurement
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar role within a related industry preferred but not essential
  • Detailed knowledge of relevant qualifications, tickets and licences
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of programs, including Excel
  • Demonstrated high level data entry skills and attention to detail
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and prioritise accordingly
