Maintenance Program Officer Role Overview

This role is centered around the management of changes to the Approved Maintenance Program (AMP) for our fleet. The goal is to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing AMP change requests in accordance with approved procedures and guidelines
  • Authorizing changes in the maintenance information system to align with regulatory requirements, vendor instructions, and industry expectations
  • Ensuring 100% compliance with approved processes and procedures by engaging with stakeholders to streamline workflows and deliverables

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years' experience working within Continuous Airworthiness Management
  • Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry expositions
  • Experience using a Maintenance Information System (IAS desirable)
  • Data analytical skills
  • Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to work to a designated timeline
  • Attention to detail
  • Forward thinking with the ability to understand the 'big picture'
  • Motivated, with a high level of integrity and commitment
