Job Description:

The Logistics Compliance Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring Defence assets and inventory comply with all Defence technical and logistic legislation, policies and procedures.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Undertake complex logistics compliance and assurance work within an integrated workforce.
  • Conduct reviews, assessments, and perform procedural, clerical, administrative support to achieve results.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, requiring excellent communication skills.
  • Interpret Defence technical and logistic policy, processes, and procedures and provide advice and guidance to stakeholders.
  • Coach teams, set priorities, allocate work, and manage workflows and performance, identifying opportunities for on-the-job training.
