About the role

Boxx Logistics is seeking an experienced Transport Compliance and Technology Integration Manager to join our team in Wattleup, Western Australia. This full-time role is crucial in ensuring our transport operations remain compliant with all relevant regulations and that our technology solutions are seamlessly integrated across the business.

What you'll be doing

  1. Developing and implementing strategies to maintain full regulatory compliance for Boxx Logistics' transport fleet
  2. Overseeing the integration of new and existing technology systems and platforms to enhance operational efficiency
  3. Analysing transport data and generating insightful reports to support decision-making
  4. Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to identify and address compliance and technology challenges
  5. Keeping up-to-date with changes in transport regulations and technology to ensure continuous improvement

What we're looking for

  1. Substantial experience in a similar transport compliance and technology integration role, ideally within the manufacturing, transport and logistics industry
  2. Strong understanding of transport regulations and compliance requirements
  3. Proven track record of successful technology integration projects and change management
  4. Excellent data analysis and reporting skills
  5. Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities
  6. Able to work autonomously
