Business Development Rep, Workvivo (Based in Sydney)What you can expectWorkvivo is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to find and screen potential customers who can benefit from the Workvivo employee engagement platform.
The ideal candidate should have a good grasp of sales procedures and be curious about customer motivations.
You are a quick learner with good communication skills and can showcase our offering in a compelling manner.

Motivated by achieving results, Workvivo serves diverse organisations worldwide, including those in automotive, technology, manufacturing, logistics, and finance, by implementing its platform to elevate the employee experience.What we're looking for0-12 months experience in the SaaS sales space as a Business Development RepresentativeProven history of consistent achievement or overachievement against targetsExperience communicating with C-Level by phone and emailStructured and organisedComfortable with process and ambiguity as we continue to growExperience in explaining ideas and processes to business decision-makers and championsKnowledgeable in tools of the trade (e.g., Hubspot, Zoominfo, Salesforce, LinkedIn, Outreach)Ways of WorkingOur structured hybrid approach is centered around our offices and remote work environments.
